What are the shipping costs and delivery times for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500 PLN within Poland. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the availability of the furniture or home accessories in our local warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of secure payment options including BLIK, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayU, and traditional bank transfers. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services through Klarna.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my interior?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture items are excluded from this policy.
Do you provide assembly services for furniture?
Most of our furniture comes with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for self-assembly. However, for large items like wardrobes or bed frames, we offer professional assembly services in selected cities for an additional fee.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can also monitor your order status by logging into your Bernstein Polska account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Bernstein Polska products are covered by a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers any structural defects or material flaws under normal domestic use.
